Our program is designed to support and encourage team members to adopt healthy habits with a holistic approach to wellness. We understand that maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging, especially in today’s fast-paced work environment. Our onsite and virtual wellness programs incorporate yoga, meditation, breathwork, and wellness seminars to help employees improve their physical and mental health.

Research shows that yoga and meditation can help with reducing stress, increasing focus and re-energizing the mind. Our onsite and virtual programs are a great way to cultivate connection, teambuilding and mind-body wellness for employees. These programs are beneficial in reducing health risks, increasing productivity and improving quality of life and work.

Our yoga classes will guide team members through a series of postures and breathing exercises that will help improve flexibility, strength and balance. Whether new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, our classes are designed to help find inner peace and balance. In addition to yoga, we offer meditation classes that focus on reducing stress, anxiety and promoting mental clarity. Classes are designed to help develop a sense of mindfulness, which can help team members become more focused, productive and calm.

To further support the health and wellness journey, we also offer a range of wellness seminars based on Ayurvedic lifestyle medicine. Ayurveda, originating over 5,000 years ago, is the sister science to yoga.  These wellness seminars cover a variety of topics, including nutrition, stress management and work-life balance. Our goal is to provide your team members the knowledge and tools they need to achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Our Corporate Wellness Programs are designed to help employees achieve their health and wellness goals, both at work and at home. A healthy workforce is a happy and productive workforce, and we are committed to helping your team achieve their full potential.

Class Styles

Hatha Yoga (All levels):

A foundational yoga practice focused on strength, precision, and balance. Develop resilience and finesse in your asana practice as we devote our time to the details of yoga. We work to find right alignment in the postures and integrate pranayama and deep stretching to enhance our subtle body energy and find freedom. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow (All levels):

Synchronize the breath with movement, while experiencing an active practice through a series of postures that tone and strengthen the body while focusing and calming the mind.

Yin Yang Yoga (All levels):

This wholistic class has the perfect balance of Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Reiki, Meditation, and Essential Oils. Start your practice by opening up the body slowly with yin yoga postures that are held between 3-5 minutes and then, experience a mindful alignment based vinyasa flow to tone and strengthen the body, while synchronizing the breath with movement.

Yin Yoga & Meditation (All levels):

A soothing and meditative practice that targets the connective tissue, such as the ligaments and fascia, along with the energetic systems of the body (meridians), bringing the body into balance and increasing its natural range of motion. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, while seated or lying down. This class is a perfect complement to more active styles of yoga and a great preparation for seated meditation practices.

Kathy was our lunch time yoga instructor at L’Oréal, Inc. As our yoga instructor, Kathy demonstrated superior knowledge of Yoga and interpersonal skills.  She started teaching students who had never taken yoga before, and after only six months, those students have advanced in their practice.  She also inspired them to continue their yoga studies beyond the lunch hour class. Because of her kind personal nature and superior people skills, all her students enjoy attending her classes. I fully recommend her without hesitation.  If she were to return to Miami, we would be pleased to rehire her.

I got started practicing Yoga in May of 2005, and I practiced with Kathy until November 2005 when she left Florida.  Her class was fantastic, and it helped me a lot, especially my back and my posture.  I loved that Kathy was really spiritual and the peace that she gave to me was immense.  I learned to love Yoga thru her.  I still practice Yoga twice a week at work and we have had 3 different teachers after Kathy, all of them different, but I consider myself lucky that Kathy was my first Yoga teacher.

As always, your flows, your education and your attention to the meridians and energy lines makes your classes special and fulfilling. Your voice with the Sanskrit yoga words is delightful. I believe they are in frequency to calm my vagus nerve. Today, when I heard your voice, I realized for me that is one of the many things I love about your classes.  Your voice frequency in the language of yoga is that perfect calming frequency.

Don’t Miss an Opportunity to Practice with Kathy!  I love taking Yoga classes from Kathy.  She is extremely qualified and honors the practice of yoga with mindful practices for both physical and spiritual well-being.  Kathy is very welcoming so no matter what your level or experience with yoga is, there is no judgement and a pure desire to increase each person’s well-being both mentally and physically.

I had never tried yoga – ever!  And, last year I won the Katica Group Yoga session at a school Gala.  What a big impact it has made on my life this past year!  Kathy has challenged my body, opened my heart and has inspired my spirit.  Her style of teaching is calm, clear, and precise and she has an excellent sense of what her students can and cannot do.  She will work on your level – leaving room for growth and progress.  Kathy has an aura about her that just has to be experienced.  I leave her class every week feeling strong, calm and grounded.  So happy I tried it!

– Anne

Kathy has been not just my teacher, but also a trusted yoga advisor as my practice has evolved in my ten years of practice.  Her teachings are a constant in my personal yoga journey. She takes time to get know her students before every class and develops a sense of trust and comfort in the room.  She is dedicated to her own continued studies of yoga and ayurveda, which she weaves into dharma talks and well-crafted sequences.  Kathy is welcoming to beginners and advanced practitioners.
