Our 6-Month Mentorship Program for women will support you in discovering the pathway to optimal health and wellness. This is a transformational program that unites the ancient system of Ayurveda with modern day living to nurture and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.

Ayurveda, also known as the Science of Life, teaches us time-tested secrets and strategies for daily living, using a holistic approach to health and wellness. Ayurveda has a focus on the root cause of your health imbalance by understanding your unique dosha. As a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, I look to restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit, thus avoiding the onset of symptoms. If you are already ill, Ayurvedic lifestyle changes can help you create the optimum environment in your body for healing to take place.

You will cultivate your individual wholeness with five sense treatments including diet, herbs, yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, colors, cleanses, and other therapeutic lifestyle practices to maintain wellness, prevent illness, and restore health. With awareness around taking personal responsibility towards your health, Ayurveda can help you feel better about life and have greater energy and enthusiasm.

During this program, Katherine Yannucci will be your Mentor. She is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and a 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance who has been teaching for almost 20 years. She is a  lifelong learner and practitioner of holistic health modalities.

I was introduced to the Wellness Inspired Women group through divine timing. As someone that craves learning, I felt drawn to continue this journey through the Ayurveda Wellness Mentorship. Admittedly, I was a bit concerned with overcommitting myself during this season; however, it has been nothing short of a purely positive experience.
