WHO I AMKatherine G. Yannucci

Katherine, also known as KATICA, is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and a 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance who has been teaching for almost 20 years. She is also an International Retreat Leader, Chopra Health Instructor, and a Master Reiki Practitioner. As a lifelong learner and practitioner of holistic health modalities, she loves to share what she has learned with her clients, friends and family, especially during her global retreats, mentorship programs, workshops, and classes.

Katherine began her yoga journey in the fall of 2000 at the Dharma Yoga Center in New York City after being diagnosed with hyperthyroid. A passion for Ayurveda and Yoga have led her to pursue certifications in both, in an effort to be of better service to her community. Her fluid yoga style is sometimes referred to as a ‚Äúdance”, linking one pose to the next with each breath. Her studies and health experiences with Ayurveda, Yoga, Reiki, and Chinese Medicine, have led her to teach in a way that blends all of these practices.

Over the years, Katherine has owned and managed a Yoga and Wellness Center and taught at local studios, spas and health centers in Florida and Ohio, while also teaching private clients in their homes and corporate clients at work. Katherine is committed to sharing wellness all over the world through her transformational online and local programs that empower her clients to create a sacred life of wellness with a holistic approach based on the ancient practices of Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation in order to maintain wellness, prevent illness and restore health of the mind, body and spirit.

Currently living in Orlando, Florida with her family, Katherine loves the beach, nature, walking, yoga, traveling, eating food made with LOVE, and all things wellness.

The more you let Ayurveda and Yoga become the basis for your living, the easier living gets. - Myra Lewin
